Hello! My name is Shreya Menon and I am currently a senior at Independence High School enrolled in ISM. Through this course, I plan to gain amazing experiences in the real world and I will be working with an architect as my mentor; I will be conducting interviews and creating business connections.

Aside from ISM, I am involved in school clubs such as Key Club and Unicef. I also love drawing, painting and hanging out with friends. In the future, I plan to attend college and major in architecture, building my career from there.

I have been fascinated with architectural designs since I was a young girl. I loved drawing, organization and innovating. Therefore, I have chosen to shadow an architect this year in ISM.

MISSION STATEMENT: Through my independent study and mentorship, I plan to obtain the necessary information to understand the requirements of a working architect. I also hope that this year in ISM will allow me to view my future career and job with more clarity and eagerness and help me to construct a final project that I will be proud of. With hard work, determination and enthusiasm, I hope to help expand the ISM program and inspire others to do what they love with my journey.
